I have been providing support to the leadership team while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment as well as being a dependable, punctual and reliable individual who enjoys working in a diverse and inclusive environment.

I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse sectors, including education, settlement services, and corporate training. Over the years, I’ve designed and implemented a variety of learning solutions—from self-guided courses to interactive simulators—that have helped clients enhance their skills and adapt to new platforms. My most notable project is the Microsoft Teams Simulator, recognized for supporting diverse learners during a major digital transition.

My core expertise includes instructional design (ADDIE), digital content creation (H5P, Articulate Storyline), and LMS management (Moodle). I am also passionate about leveraging technology to improve learner engagement and outcomes.
