I achieved M.Ed. at University at Buffalo. As a lifelong learner, I have proved my talents in LMS/Moodle management, website designing and video editing. As one of the DNs (Digital Navigators), I have supported over 500 vulnerable individuals who need tech support to access their online programs as well as maintained over 100 Moodle courses on Avenue.ca. I started ESL teaching in 2013 and now, as a Moodle Certified Educator, I am able to combine my expertise in both fields to train and support instructors in my organization.

I am an enthusiastic, warm and optimistic person who works to create an atmosphere that is encouraging, stimulating, and adaptive to clients’ emotional needs. I have been providing support to the leadership team while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment as well as being a dependable, punctual and reliable individual who enjoys working in a diverse and inclusive environment.
